Christmas Lights

We have been going on family walks a few nights a week to take in the beautiful lights of our neighborhood. I love seeing the light reflect off of the water.

Then last week we went to zoo lights. Here are two of my favorites.

Growing up we would always drive around looking at Christmas lights and its still something I love doing every Holiday.

Children's Santa Birthday Party

My sweet friend Marla from Keeping up with Stella and Ruby Lou recently held a joint birthday party for her daughters. Sweet Stella turned four and Miss Ruby turned the big one!

To tie in with the girls invites the theme of the party was styled with cupcakes and pom pom garland. Marla's sister in law made the girls their own cupcake cakes with each girl getting a cake with a 'S' and a 'R' with matching mini cupcakes for the guests.

What I love most about this party was Santa came to visit all the of guests. I remember when I was either four or five and on Christmas Eve Santa came to visit me. Still today, it is one of my favorite childhood memories. I am pretty sure Marla's girls (well, at least Stella) will always remember turning four!

Miss E's First Birthday: Pink, Ruffles, and Pearls

E is for Elle and her birthday party was decorated with all things pink, ruffles, bows, and pearls.

{Yes, Miss E is destined to be a girly girl one way or another! }

The day was celebrated with close friends and with my wonderful sister who flew in for the weekend. It was a really special weekend and I look forward to Thursday when we get to spend the day together as a family celebrating Elle's real birthday.

It is my pleasure to share with all of you some of my favorite photos that were captured.

Friday's Party: Little Man's 1st Birthday

My dear friend Brooke hosted her little man's first birthday last weekend. She did an amazing job carrying this adorable theme throughout the party along with the fun blue and green color scheme.

Plus, isn't Mr. O the cutest little man you have ever seen?
