One of my new years intentions {I don't make resolutions} is to eat more fruits and vegetables. One of my new favorites is eating pomegranate seeds. I like them best after they have been chilled for a few hours in the fridge. Even my little one who can be a picky eater at times eats them!
Not only are pomegranate seeds full of antioxidants they also help lower your cholesterol and blood pressure, help with arthritis, and remove plaque from your mouth.

Anyone else a fan of pomegranate seeds?
