My six week class of Cupakes N' Milk kicks off today!

I am so excited to be teaching a group of students on how to make homemade frosting and to be teaching them decorating techniques.

These owl cupcakes which we will be making today are sure to be a hoot!

Caramel Apple Pie

With Thanksgiving a mere two weeks away I figured it is time to start planning our menu. First thing to plan is the dessert. I am not a fan of pumpkin pie so I always am looking for an apple dessert. I am pretty sure this caramel apple pie is this years winner and it will be enjoyed by being served in my grandmother's apple pie plate.

Paris treats in NYC!!

Ever since I walked into the Tiffany's of Macaroons (aka Laduree in Paris) I have wished there was a way to have them here in the US. Well, in 5 weeks this wish will come true because did you hear....

Laduree has opened in NYC and guess who is going to NYC in October for the first time?!?!?!
