Feeling so much better and def. happier

  1. 1. Skim vanilla latte from Starbucks or Caribou.

    2. Hearing my nephews say they love me.

    3. Wearing a cute little black dress.

    4. Wandering through Barnes & Noble, looking for my next good read.

    5. Running around Lake Harriet - especially now that the leaves are changing!!

    6. Conversations with my best friend! :)

    And lots of other things!!

  2. I am feeling happier too.........

    I started a diet plan and an excellent exercise routine.
    I am going for walk and enjoying the nature around me which I missed for a long time.
    And finally I lost my weight to the expected level.
