Easy Dinner Meal

Not sure where the weekend went but it was filled with lots of activity. I was able to fit in my Zumba class and a session of Yoga. It has probably been close to three years since I last did Yoga. It was exactly what I needed and I can't wait to start adding Yoga to my weekly workouts. We also went to this farmer's market on Saturday morning where they were selling macaroons! Now that is my kind of farmers market.

The cooking and baking bug also hit me this weekend. I made this easy and delicious Beef Macaroni and Cheese Meal. My friend made this for me last year when Elle was born and it has quickly become a favorite meal of ours. It makes a lot so it is nice to be able to put some away in the freezer to save for a later time.

and I also made this cake that I blogged about last week. I made it for our family get together that my aunt hosted on Sunday evening and it went over really well.

  1. I also did yoga this weekend for the first time in over a year! It makes me feel so much better...I really hope I can keep going consistently. Also, I've never tried zumba, but I want to!
