Its a New Week

Happy Monday dear readers!
This past week at work was a not a pleasant week for me. This week can only be better {I hope} so I am going to put a smile on my face and make the best of it!

So readers I ask how do all of you handle stress during your day?


  1. Sadly, I have started biting my nails again. So I'd say I get a failing grade at handling stress lately.

    But, what I find that works is just to make to do lists. Feeling organized helps me to feel productive. And feeling productive reduces my stress!

  2. I always try to find the reason for my stress and deal with it! Sometimes it's all about changing the way we're thinking! However, be nice to yourself and enjoy doing something you love!!! And don't be around people who doesn't believe in you! At least not as your friends!! Well, maybe that was a little bit too much, but anyway....have a beautiful week! xoxo Kristin

  3. Ugh...stress! I'm so there. Back from a week-long vacation = laundry out the wazoo + leftover family drama from the vacation + husband who is extremely spent from his job.....

    All I can say is I handle stress by cooking & going to acupuncture once a week. Exhale........just thinking about acupuncture makes me feel peaceful!
