A Dreamy Backyard

Now that the weather is getting nicer I love spending time in my backyard especially at night. I love Arizona evenings as they are mosquito free (unlike the midwest where I grew up). While my backyard may not be as lush as these I will always find comfort in my hammock and lemon tree. I just wish my view of scenery was as luscious as these backyards.

What do enjoy most about your backyard?

  1. I really like your backyard - I think you have comfy patio furniture! I remember that one visit where I sat out there for like 3 hours, reading and relaxing! It was awesome.

I don't have a backyard and have never actually sat on my deck! I don't even have furniture out there. I kind of hate my deck. Especially lately because these people in another building have kids and I swear to God that one of the kids was screaming at the top of his lungs for like 5 minutes last night. I almost wanted to go out on my deck and yell at him to shut the hell up, but then I figured I would sound like a crazy lady!! :)

  2. I love all these beautiful backyards!Mine is not that big, but it is really cute. Maybe I'll show some pictures this Summer!! Thanks for your very sweet comment. I would like to move to France, too. At least I'm dreaming of an apartment there. That would be soo nice! Your blog is also lovely and I will be back!

We also have been spending tons of time sitting outside - love these gorgeous evenings we have been getting!!! My favorite thing is my Gerber Daisies and the mountain view rt now!

  4. Very lush and beautiful backyards. Mine doesn't look like them either, but I enjoy going out and just be around the sounds and smells of nature (love the smell of lilies in the summer).
I'm a new follower of your blog. We'll be back often. Take care.
